We ship Monday - Friday. Orders made before 2 PM MST will be shipped same day. Orders made after 2 pm MST will be  shipped the following day. We have USPS First Class Shipping, Priority Shipping and UPS options. Beautiful Brows and Lashes is not responsible for lost parcels.

SHIPPING POLICY:

At Beautiful Brows and Lashes we will always strive to give our customers our best to ensure your package is packaged, labeled ,and shipped with care. We will ship to the address provided. If the address provided is incorrect then it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us prior to shipping. If the order is shipped and the address provided is incorrect,
Beautiful Brows and Lashes will only replace the order when the original order is returned to Beautiful Brows and Lashes warehouse by the shipping carrier. 
Beautiful Brows and Lashes is not liable for lost or stolen packages that track as “Delivered”. Please check with your local USPS office or UPS office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash Lift Store on lost or stolen packages. 

Express Shipping:

Please Note: all orders for USPS Express can take up to 2-3 Business Day and UPS Standard Overnight will need to be placed before 12 Noon Monday – Friday Mountain Standard Time. 

30 Day Tracking Policy:

*This Policy is for Undelivered packages ONLY. (All lost mail that says
“Delivered” will have to be settled with customers post office and/or
  Police department)
* Customers Package that has not moved in 30 days will be eligible for
   product reship on the 31st day of non-movement.
* Reship is only valid from days 31-60 and customer is required to
   callback in order for reshipping to go out.

 Shipping Protection:

*This Policy is for orders that opted in for shipping insurance ONLY. If there is a problem with the delivery of the package please contact info@beautifulbrowsandlashes.us to open an insurance claim. 
* Insurance claims will be dealt with on a case by case basis
* Please Note: Customers are required to complete a "Missing and Lost Package Protocol" to proceed with the claim process.
